Cancellation Window: If you wish to cancel your appointment, you must do so at least 2 business days before the scheduled consultation time to avoid forfeiture of the paid consultation fee. B. Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 2 business days of the scheduled consultation time will result in the forfeiture of the paid consultation fee. C. No-Show Policy: If you fail to attend your scheduled consultation without prior notice, you will be charged the full consultation fee, and no refunds will be issued. D. Rescheduling: Reschedule of appointment may be made at least 24 hours before the appointment time. Clients may request to reschedule their consultation up to two times. After two rescheduled appointments, any further changes will result in a cancellation, and no refunds will be issued. We understand the importance of consultations, and we are committed to providing valuable services. However, this policy is essential to maintain the integrity and efficiency of our operations.
